Pros

Its a great place to work so far, the people are great and the benefits are awesome. Only the wage leaves a little to be desired but it's a start and I'm confident there will be lots of room for advancement. Comprehensive training program is nice but a bit of a challenge. Overall I would recommend it as a place to start your career in the banking industry.

Cons

The wage structure is a bit below average but there is room for increases from what I've read.

Pros

Great benefits that encourage loyalty to firm for those who prioritize work/life balance. Great place to work and good resume builder.

Cons

Salary is low amongst the big 5. Should compensate people not on tier but on performance for better retention of good workers.
