Business Outlook
Pros
Good job stability, Good benefits, Stock option is a huge plus. These are the 3 pros that keep me from looking elsewhere. Hours are standard. Lots of community involvement and peer socializing.
Cons
Pay and bonus not as high as other banks and are only given on an annual basis. Recognition is there but weak. Totals are equal everywhere but can be harder to attain in certain areas. Promotion to different areas of the company can be political. Career plans aren't whats best for employee only whats best for management (meaning unless your aspiration meets what they want don't expect moving for awhile). To get promoted to better areas in the company you must leave and come back. Question is would you come back?
