Pros

The company offers job stability. Immigrants seem to have a better chance than in other organizations. The bank is risk averse, and therefore it sailed through the crisis quite well.

Cons

The remuneration is not as good as in other companies. HR policies have a three year on the job requirement (two years for lower level jobs) in order to allow you to move else within the bank.

Pros

If you need a job and cannot find any other to place work.

Cons

They talk about compassion, but they actually never practice it.

Pros

The vacation time and personal obligation days are good. Furthermore, if you have any unused vacation days you can carry them into the new year ahead.

Cons

Nepotism is very high. They are very unfair and treat people with no respect unless your mother, uncle, sister etc works for them. Management is very inefficient when it comes to addressing issues in the work place.
