Pros

Huge company, unlimited room to grow and do almost anything. Great programs to help you work towards your goals both financial and career.

Cons

Huge company that you can sometimes get lost in. Benefit package is not the best and the salaries while competitive are not outstanding.

Pros

Work life balance is great. Opportunities for growth are uneven, there is a huge aging workforce which suggests current stagnation as well as changes in the horizon.

Cons

Low pay, increments and salary adjustments are hard to get. More support for cheap and cheerful solutions and less for long term strategic investments.

Pros

You get to work in a very positive and professional environment where information flows freely. The staff members are very knowledgeable and resourceful in their areas of expertise, and they are willing to share their past work experience with you so you can learn and improve.

Cons

Not really a downside, but I'd wish employees can be better recognized for the effort they put in for the work they do.
