Pros

Above average starting wage, room for advancement, treated fairly. Very accurate pay and holidays are always granted. Good company spirit.

Cons

Not much incentive to push services and products. The work was quite boring oftentimes and can get monotonous. Definitely not the best place to work in a bank.
