Pros

Good products if they are willing to them give the chance to clients to get. Right now expanding which will give more visibility and increase sales

Cons

not client oriented, will benefit in hiring a business analyst for their branch system. too much paper work oriented. Amazing how the company is behind in technology.

- Very concrete project management process - Established management chain - Well established performance review process, tied to bonus payout - Lots of opportunity for advancement, promotion - Great people!

Cons

- Old outdated tech used in some projects - Compensation can be low compared to non-banking sector - Red tape on getting new ideas approved can be hard to cut
