Pros

The salary and benefits are good, they give you opportunities to learn and develop skills. The atmosphere is very comfortable.

Cons

I was in a small room that I shared with four other people. It became quite crowded at noisy at some points but overall there isn't many bad things to say about Scotia Capital.

Pros

You get to work in a very positive and professional environment where information flows freely. The staff members are very knowledgeable and resourceful in their areas of expertise, and they are willing to share their past work experience with you so you can learn and improve.

Cons

Not really a downside, but I'd wish employees can be better recognized for the effort they put in for the work they do.
