-Most international bank in Canada -Great team -Good career advancement opportunities

Cons

-Average age of employees is rather high (i.e. mid thirties to early forties) -bonus packages could be better

Pros

The salary and benefits are good, they give you opportunities to learn and develop skills. The atmosphere is very comfortable.

Cons

I was in a small room that I shared with four other people. It became quite crowded at noisy at some points but overall there isn't many bad things to say about Scotia Capital.

Project leaders are always very helpful and stand on your side Great work/life balance, management have good understanding of family issues Overtime paid with no issue

Cons

Peers are in different skill level, some senior level technical people doesn't have basic understanding of the application ans system.
