      Pros

      You get to work in a very positive and professional environment where information flows freely. The staff members are very knowledgeable and resourceful in their areas of expertise, and they are willing to share their past work experience with you so you can learn and improve.

      Cons

      Not really a downside, but I'd wish employees can be better recognized for the effort they put in for the work they do.

      Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, nice management, nice office, close to downtown so easy transportation, discounts on metropass,

      low salary, contract, not much room to move up in the department, basically nothing else I can think of right now

      Pros

      The company is in good shape at a time when the financial sector as a whole is in chaos. Offices and branches around the world mean opportunities for working abroad. There is an atmosphere if healthy competition, without much of the eat-rocks-and-crap-fire, alpha-dog stuff you might find elsewhere.

      Cons

      A fair amount of second-guessing; lots of paperwork; some of the same territoriality you will find in any big organization. Office location next to WTC site will be a downer for some (at least until something is finally built there).
