Pros

If you learn to ask "How high?", when management says jump, your job should remain secure.

Cons

Strong emphasis on hierarchy. Highly political and bureaucratic environment. Management isn't held accountable and job satisfaction for non management is irrelevant. The hiring process is prejudice and favours women. Career advancement opportunities for males who don't already hold senior positions is limited. There isn't an effective process for conflict resolution in place. Favouritism, Cronyism, Nepotism and sexism towards men is highly rampant under Human Resources.

Pros

Salary was ok (average). Benefits are not so good.

Cons

Too much politics, backstabbing at all levels. Very little training available to employees. Many senior manager are there just waiting for retirement and take no actions to get things improved or changed. Not a very attractive and pleasant work space. Downtown offices are ok. Scarborough ones look like dump sites. Offices are dingy and old.
