Pros

Job security for the most part. Job security used to be incredible until new CEO came in. Financial services benefits. Reputable company.

Cons

-Work life balance is horrible. Overtime must be approved in advance - so staying to finish up your days work (when your boss has gone home) is unpaid. -Numbers are your only performance drivers now so things like volunteer work and going above and beyond don't matter. -Performance awards now decided by district level - people who don't even work with you. -Career movement potential is limited. Even with excellent performance ratings my biggest raise was $1000. -Recognition is nearly non-existent -You are expected to fit into a template and do the job that way rather than working with people which is what we do

Pros

Nice people, semi easy job, before "wave"; it was an amazing place to work. After "wave", pretty horrible.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, unrealistic wordlist with lots of jargon. Low pay and barely any raise.

Pros

The people I worked with (not managers) were great. They made a very stressful work environment easier with jokes and snacks. The applause points you receive from team challenges, positive reviews etc. are great, you can cash them in for gift cards or products. (I got a lot of movie passes and a hairdryer) They give you benefits from day one of training! I got new glasses in my 2nd week of training.

Cons

The job is super stressful! Call after call with angry customers threatening/yelling at you because of someone else's mistake (usually the branch) that you can't fix. Working weekends means that nothing you do for the customer will actually process that day as it takes 2-3 business days. When the branch messes up they have no accountability and it can count as a negative review for you. Micro managers that harass you over your stats even when you are making the stats! What's the point of making the stats if you still get harassed about it?
