      Pay low than the average Lack of management with experience No work/life balance You're not allow to move to another area. If you want your life at Scotiabank will be hell thanks to management. No career path support Extra hours- no compensation Some lazy coworkers and management team does nothing about it Book your vacation is a lottery Not support for training and professional development There is not enough space for desk. Sometimes there are 2 people in one single desk. Too much people for the building (real state at Scarborough)

      Knowledgeable people with excellent attitude and experience.

      Cons

      In transition from Waterfall to Agile - Transition is not being adopted from top down. Coaching is being ignored. The methodology is not being applied consistently and extremely loose adoption to Agile.

      Care about employees more than customers. Lenient on under-performing individuals, which could be both good and bad, depending on the type of employee you are

      Cons

      Moving towards performance-centric. Less resources is given with higher than ever expectations. May be it is part of the shift towards digital banking focus
