Pros

It's a job and it pays the bills. Pretty much what I can say. Is that a pro? I certainly hope it is.

Cons

It is so easy to see what everyone is at a bank. All you need to do is watch..and learn. Is there any personal development around co-workers? Well..you tell me.

Pros

Big respectful company (that could be a plus i guess) Stable environment. Pays for courses related to your work duries.

Cons

The pay is below standard Too much bureaucracy to change from contract to full-time, if even when their rules state that after 5 years on contracts you are automatically become full-time. Very uptight and hierarchy structured
