Pros

Money, I need the job as we have only one income Also I thought this is a solid company, not very far from home.

Cons

Politics, this place is really full of such things. They hired some very incompetent people. And kept those idiots there long time.

Pros

None currently besides decent office location and hybrid work options

Cons

Head of Compliance provides no guidance and has created a very toxic work environment. There has been high turnover and more people are looking to leave. The company has invested more resources in compliance but does not seem to recognize that if you hire bad managers with poor people skills and minimal actual compliance experience then your best people will leave and retention will become difficult.
