Pros

I was hired full-time from the start so that was nice. A financial adviser at a branch helped me rebuild my credit so good. I really appreciated that. The benefits were soso, I was not crazy about it.

Cons

My manager was a drill sergeant. She would send pop ups on my screen while I was speaking with customers. She occasionally used discriminatory remarks. She had her favorites, who she would use to terrorize employees not up to "par". She would promise them promotions in return, but she never does lol. Additionally most managers were like that, a lot of power struggles.
