Pros

Great group of co-workers and perks of being staff. I can't say much else as it has been going downhill for staff over the past 5 years.

Cons

Management is either really good or really bad. Some management loves to hold you back. Sales goals are very high and aggressive and compensation is lacking.

Pros

The pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

Management lack training: didn't have proper skills or experience to ran branch which resulted in poor leadership and poor management decision that affected staff. Training for staff is unorganized and it was not followed through No support for growth, only if manager liked you, you will be visible to others: no contact or hardly any interaction with DBM or VP or other coaches. Lack of privacy among other peers/management, didn't feel comfortable sharing anything with manager since all that was told would be shared back to employees.
