Cons

The changes that take place within the organisation can be overwhelming but as long as you can embrace this and look at it from the positive side then you will go far.

- World's number one most innovative company, with amazing technology on offer and excellent relationship with customers - Management is supportive and proactive in employee's career development - Inspiring people , very chilled and like minded -Growing company with so much more potential - Excellent compensation and benefits -Recognizes hard work and exceptional performance - Real sense of belonging and the executive team strive to make SN an even better place to work

Cons

- Growing pains, a lot is changing in a very short period of time, so you need to roll with it and be adaptable - On-boarding could be improved - takes a while to sort out access to all the tools needed etc. - Salary Reviews .it should be standardized and talked about a bit more than we currently do.

Very bad and demotivating work culture Should have clarity while taking the person for particular position e.g. Hiring for specialized role and comparing with others with different skills no corporate culture Worst Work for core developer. Employee's bonus and growth is depend on relationship with manager or senior employee, hard work and helping nature won't work here.
