Its decent enough

Pros

The benefits were good. The pay is decent from what I can tell. The work may not be the most rewarding, but it is easy enough.

Cons

As an application developer, you don't learn many useful tools outside of ServiceNow. Everything is built on the platform so you will forget how to do things outside of ServiceNow.

Too many managers, not enough workers

Pros

Happy hour, free snacks and drinks, and other random perks are nice but those don’t make up for what the work environment is like

Cons

There are way too many unqualified managers that think they know everything. If you don’t have a management title, you are looked down upon and it’s difficult to get a promotion in the finance area
