      Ability to exceed quote and earn well beyond OTE Great Product, loyal customers, exciting roadmap

      Cons

      High Pressure, intense sales culture. More product offerings mean more product managers trying to force their inputs during a sales cycle.

      Exciting place to be, not for the faint hearted - Sydney office

      Pros

      The company is in a fast growth phase so it makes it a very exciting place to be. The new office is nice with good views from most sides of the office. The customer support team members are friendly and helpful. They all work hard and play hard so it's a good balance. Free snacks, drinks, monthly catered lunches, stocks & health insurance are some of the perks. There are a growing number of opportunities in the Sydney office which is good.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and busy so it can take some time to get used to. Processes change very quickly and frequently so this gets tough to keep up with.

      Pros

      Compensation is good. Support Culture is good. Benefits (health, snacks, etc.) are good. Product is amazing. New office space is great. Employees are friendly and engage socially often. Career opportunities are starting to open up here in Sydney.

      Cons

      Fast growth means a lot of growing pains. The pace is not for some people.
