Great technology. Solid model. Amazing functionality. Strong app and partner ecosystem

Cons

Growing pains. Too many chefs. Delivery and maturity models are not in place. Difficult to manage.

Pros

They offer an OK base salary + commissions + signing bonus (stocks that vest after one year). Great Cloud Enterprise product with soaring stocks (you can opt to purchase stocks with 15% discount).

Cons

Promotions within are usually given to people with more time in the company than the ones who really deserve it.

Pros

Love the talent and day-to-day collaboration w some of the brightest people I've ever worked with. Compensation package is more than competitive. Lots of room for career growth.

Cons

A little chaotic at times. The move to a multi product company is still smoothing itself out. Growing fast and lots of new faces and talents that are still learning.
