Bad HR management and many employees have low motivation, easy to feel disposable

Massive uncertainty due constant rounds of job cuts aimed mostly at middle management

1) nowdays due to cost cutting, a person are expected to do 2.5 person job. 2) not enough manpower causes staff to unfortunately back to back work late close to everyday for extended period of time. 3) high stress causing people to fall sick which lead to more workload to other team member. 4) people resign and not being replaced properly. 5) pay and benefit are no longer attractive considering the workload and hours spend 6) staff working late affecting their family relationship 7) all these while the ceo and high level management enjoying benefit increase in millions of usd which dwarf the cost cutting measures. Ridiculous.

Promotion difficulties and management feels very bad

Low base pay. Re-org here and there. Following the reorg, management seems to be desperate to fill positions internally, hence, just hiring individuals due to tenure instead of competence.

Management politics in IDE not good for performing employee

I had to work closely with a couple of colleagues who did not have the appropriate qualifications or experience for their roles. This was really draining, as it required a significant amount of my time to support them instead of focusing on my own deliverables. There were also instances of unprofessional behavior, including individuals who engaged in bullying and attempted to offload their work onto others. Expectations around office attendance was inconsistent, as management changed my mandatory attendance in the office to four days a week while the rest of the team only needed to attend two days.
