Too many restructuring causing the dilution of good leaders. Those that remained in the department are mostly poor management skills with limited knowledge in daily operation process. Feedback given to line manager for improvement but no action taken.

progression is very slow, especially if your not the life of the party OR the top kind of employee / favorite. Managers tend to pick their most reliable person to do most project. no opportunities for others to develop
