      Working at Shopee was one of the most dynamic phases of my career — the pace, scale, and creative expectations push you to grow quickly. It’s a place where you’ll learn to think fast, deliver under pressure, and collaborate with talented teammates who genuinely care about getting things right. That said, the speed can be relentless. Campaign peaks (especially around year-end) often blur the lines between personal time and work, and the culture tends to reward high output more than sustainable balance. It’s a great place if you’re in a stage of wanting to stretch yourself, sharpen your skills, and understand the real meaning of “execution excellence,” but it takes discipline to set your own boundaries.

      - Very intense workload during campaign periods - Internal moves to mask team cuts, creating uncertainty for employees. - Hierarchy and indecisive decision cycles can limit creative exploration - Strict quarterly objectives and tight KPIs can add pressure - Benefits have gradually been reduced year by year
