Pros

Decent pay and excellent benefits for the area. Environment is clean and you get the products at cost. They provide the PPE.

Cons

Management! Can't stress that enough. They are definitely a good ole boy setup and if you don't fit in their click your never moving up. No structured raises for maintenance employees and pay rates must be kept secret. Safety is about number 5 on their list no matter what they say.

Some really great people Still admire the daily Flex and Stretch routine (although we don't live by the Mission) Great project participation in some cases I think our President believes in the company

Cons

- Acquisition by Sigma was a cluster; and the X's pat themselves on the back for good change implementation (survey your people!) - No work life balance - DOES NOT pay Market Value - Suffering 2 back to back years with poor IT Leadership - OT is expected - 28 Officers in local Corp; 1 woman
