I would like to say there are just a few cons but this is not the case. The company considers salespeople to be the blood and soul of the company so everyone has to bend over and take anything they give you. Management is horrendous and if you are not part of the sales department / support, then you are nothing more than a subhuman.
Lots of work and no recognition, talk about some kind of issue or give ideas to improve performance and incompetent management will harass you because you are no more than a complainer, trouble maker or have ideas that will make them look like the useless people they really are. Management practices retaliation at will and the company will do absolutely nothing to solve issues. If you have any kind of idea how the Mexican government works, this is the exact same thing but in a corporate environment. No wonder, Bar – S was bought by Sigma which is owned by Alfa both companies from Mexico.
Employment turnover is high as they don’t care about employees. All opportunities are given to people who hang out with sales managers, so apply somewhere else.
