Great people, good benefits, ability to work your way up the corporate ladder

Cons

Extremely over worked and long hours (overnight, weekends, and holidays) Lack of safety measures for things like sexual harassment (worked there over 5 years and never got a training day to cover sexual harassment and was a part of many sexually driven issues from men at the office or others claiming sexual harassment)
