Pros
If you need a weekly paycheck and benefits that is about it. It does a more relaxed atmosphere at times than most other production plants.
Cons
You are a contingent workforce as in when work is needed you get tons of overtime but don't expect a heads up about it. Management's ability to respond and work with problems is weak at best. Respect to worker is nonexistent because you are dime a dozen and a simple replacable cog in the wheel.
