Solid pay and a really good workout. Meet some funny people who you never thought of meeting. Good bonuses around the holiday season.

Cons

Machines can run crappy and you get blamed for breaking of hotdogs. Upper management doesn't really like to look at the whole picture.

Pros

Decent pay and excellent benefits for the area. Environment is clean and you get the products at cost. They provide the PPE.

Cons

Management! Can't stress that enough. They are definitely a good ole boy setup and if you don't fit in their click your never moving up. No structured raises for maintenance employees and pay rates must be kept secret. Safety is about number 5 on their list no matter what they say.
