Pros

It is an employee friendly company. I worked closely with the sales reps and even in stressful times, it was a fun, friendly atmosphere. Management that I reported directly to was helpful and considerate and I learned a lot about how to be a manager from him.

Cons

I had the same title for 10 years. There was little chance for true promotion in my position (Sales Assistant). BUT, while my job title didn't change, my responsibilities did. Truthfully this didn't bother me, but some it might.

Good pay. Decent environment. Management does just enough to keep you in the loop.

Cons

Very diverse groups of people, meaning lack of communication. Things change once management leaves the dept. Consistency with your job for multiple amount of hours.
