      Pros

      Work/Life balance, development opportunities, great people to work with and leadership who are open to innovative and different ways of doing things. One of the most diverse organizations I've ever worked for. I come to work every day and feel excited! I have fun at work.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains and areas of opportunity for streamlining processes but that's to be expected in any merger/acquisition.

      There are no pros to working for this company

      Cons

      The company is only concerned with the bottom line. Sales team can do no wrong, they over look wrong doings for them but not for others. Very male dominated company, males can be intimidating. Management overlooks A LOT.
