Pros

Packaged food is always in demand so work will always be avalable at least 40 hours a week. Pay is better than minimum wage and there are year yearly raises and bonuses. The health benifits are superb and employees receive payed vacation and payed time off.

Cons

There is a strong sense pregidous. Not very much room for advancement.

Pros

Good pay when considering bonus (based on total company results), company can continue growing through M&A, international footprint, Several brands, Nice corporate office building.

Cons

Not a lot of advancement opportunities. It appears there are some strategic CPG department areas that are non existent, company culture seems outdated. Strong focus on value products but changing. There is a low brand/ company awareness to attract new talent.
