The downsides to working here would be the gossip and false rumors. A lot of people end up cheating and some people don't even cheat but they are accused of it and it has destroyed marriages and families. You do best just by focusing on your work, don't get can't caught up in Bar-S politics. If you are good and mind your business, people will still talk false things about you, just don't let it make you quit your job. If you speak to someone of the opposite gender people will assume you are sleeping with that person, and spread it around, these false rumors destroy things in your home life. Don't let this bullcrap discourage you because it will stop and its OK to stand up for yourself just don't go to the extreme or talk to the supervisor and it gets taken care of that way too. Keep track of your work hours, write it down. Someone messes with your hours and your check may come up short, this doesn't always happen but it does from time to time. Other than this, this is a great place to work. If they had a company like this in the new city I live in, I would definitely go work there.
