Pros
Benefits, competitive salary, the company takes care of it's people. The CEO actually cares, wants to do the right thing and is involved. I see things happen here that you might only expect at hobby lobby or chic-fil-a, like not planning to run plants on Sunday, and having an annual fund raiser for a Christian organization. The parent company is well organized.
Cons
Forced culture change management. SAP implementation starting over again at least three times, forcing employees to educate consultants about the process over and over. This company was purchased in 2010 by a Mexican owned company, and the culture is still struggling with changes. STVC short term variable compensation model along with recent poor sales has cut bonuses way down.
