Pros

Great work environment and strong values that do reflect on daily work and task structure. Organized, benefits above the law, competitive salary and the possibility of working hybrid/fully remote (depending on the location).

Cons

It can be fully remote and colleagues be spread around the world.

Pros

There are continuous learning and growth opportunities. There are groups to promote diversity and that make me feel a part of something great. We are certified as Great Place to Code. The company is really focused on the employees well being.

Cons

The benefits could be better. The office could have better infrastructure

Pros

Flexible FTO, regular company-wide meetings with transparency around goals and metrics, ERGs you can join and lead, annual performance reviews and bonus opportunities, local city meet-ups. Leadership want you to come to work 100%, so if you need a mental health day or time away to focus on your health, family, etc... this is supported, understood and you can step away without feeling like you're missing work and/or being looked at differently. - Health, vision, dental, pet insurance and financial advisory assistance - remote work and autonomy over your schedule, projects and workload

Cons

- wish there were more opportunities for spot bonuses and local meet-ups more regularly - colleagues are across the US, MX, the DR and some other european countries, so finding time to meet for internal meetings can be difficult -
