Our culture is built on diversity of thought, backgrounds, and lived experiences. It's important that each of us works toward creating a work environment where people feel respected and safe to contribute their ideas, views, and perspectives. We offer flexible time off (FTO) so that team members can take breaks to focus on their mental, physical, and emotional well-being without having to accrue hours. However, we recognize some roles require team members to coordinate with their manager before taking time off so we can provide world-class support for our clinicians.
