Pros

Fully remote positions. Salary payment on time. Full understanding when doctor appointments occur. "Reserve" project, where people stay, when their project ends. 90 percent of my coworkers are/were absolute professionals. Occasional Christmas/Birthday etc. Gifts. Salary in general is mid, but if you contribute a lot to the company and project, they will increase it. Most projects are calm and you have enough time to write your code.

Cons

If I was writing this review in 2020, I would have given the company 5/5, but things changed... Drastically. Most DevOps projects were either closed or moved to Romania, Poland and Columbia. Most of my colleagues were laid off. Inflation changes to the salary are gone. Some Middle Engineers get as much as Juniors with no prospects for change in the future. Promotion in the company is intentionally made as hard as possible.

Pros

They give out many branded souvenirs.

Cons

If a recruiter contacts you from this company, run away! The projects are short term and, once they end, they put you in reserve and then fire you. In Q1 and Q2 of this year they laid off many employees in technical and non-technical roles, lowered salaries and adjusted salaries to those closest to the Country Manager's circle, including relatives of him.
