Pros
- big company, some standard processes work fine for main workflow
Cons
- a bit left or right from standard workflow and everything is stuck (any non-standard request for supporting services, e.g. provisioning smth, etc) - advertised as biggest data science team, while in reality it's bunch of DS people, many without even understanding foundations or coding experience. Though some colleagues are eager to self-develop and improve their skills - basically overall experience depends on team lead and project. Project assignment is alway a lottery, usually with low chances to get something valuable and interesting
