Pros

Company is highly oriented on client needs. Also there are lots of benefits in company for employees - discounts in different areas of services and goods, full social package including main and additional vacations, paid sickness and days off.

Cons

Very high staff turnover leads to underestimation of senior staff. Often employees are not motivated.

The company do not have a wide range of Open Source projects up to now, and oriented to proprietary technologies only.
