Pros

- flexibility & remote work - opportunity to work on the world's leading projects (as an external worker) - access to many development offices in Ukraine and across Europe just in case

Cons

Salary negotiations might be tricky. Normally there is a plan for a year or so about pay rises but due to many circumstances it could be delayed/changed on the fly.

Work-life balance, probably the best office in Dnipro, all the needed pro-level equipment for work, pleasant and comfort working atmosphere
