Pros

Positive work atmosphere. High starting salary. Interesting projects. Direct work with foreign customers. Possibility to pick and maintain your technologies as a tech lead.

Cons

It is hard to get support from your company in any custom situations. Salary reviews are non-recurring and you get very small addition. Insurance is awful.
