Pros

The client pool is amazing and the whole community is super open and fun to interact with.

Cons

Sometimes, there’s not good prioritization on the clients side, and pushback as well, but that’s expected sometimes in this industry.

Pros

I like people, in most cases, they are opened and always ready to help. It's part of corporate culture, that company tends to cultivate through all the locations. Ability to decide how you like to work in office or remotely.

Cons

All depends on a project (customer) you work with and managerial team. Customers not willing to continue business in Ukraine during the war, many layoffs.
