- Great people - Good projects - Nice professional challenges - Lots of internal systems/applications that help track metrics, risks and make informed decisions - Both internal continuous learning and Udemy for Business accounts make learning easy

- Salary is below market. The feeling is that they underrate you so you are put in a lower salary range, which makes it very difficult to get a good salary hike in case of promotion.
