Career depends on the clients and project type. For some projects the work-life balance is possible. For others - unfortunately no. There are many opportunities for online training and e-lessons for junior\middle employees.

Career depends on the clients and project type. But be careful in case of building the loyalty to the company. Yes, in case the project closes the reserve is available, but not for all employees.
