Pros

Very much a "family" oriented company. Great culture. Owners grew a great company and created a great culture.

Cons

Toxicity allowed to occur and was created by new leadership in American management team. Gaslighting and support of friend relationships to the detriment of high performers and loyal long time employees.

On this path, the company has matured and learned a lot from others, especially Americans - the way of doing global business and excellent management culture. However, discrimination and inequality are never tolerated in the company in any way; we know that multiculturalism is our great advantage.
