Collaboration between people, willingness to help. Clear and well established policy of performance appraisal and promotions. Flexible working schedule.

Cons

Controversial relocation policy. Not ideal processes for tasks definitions.

Typical UA outsorcing company, everything depends on the project

Pros

Nice people (including managers) on UA side. But the technology, salary, team on the customer side strongly depends on the project.

Cons

Cons are the same as in other UA outsorcing companies. You can trap into the project with a lot of legacy and low budget. You can grow financially only if you show the offer from another company. Etc.
