      I can not stay in company if I want to stay in Turkey

As for working in Turkey, unfortunately, we don't have offices in this country so it complicates the process of legal employment here. If you plan to stay in Turkey, I'd recommend reaching out to your HR BP or your manager to see if there is a solution that can work for everyone.
