Pros

Good company to work in. Loyal to people. Offer health benefits and others.

Cons

It takes longer for the company to adapt to the market and change. The company is more oriented to the ongoing growth of professionals to keep the existing ones to stay. In my opinion this is not the best strategy but provides the company with the opportunity to lower the costs and it works too.
