Pros

One of the biggest Ukrainian outsourcers, for junior-middle engineers, it's easy to find another project when the current one is over. Good vacation and sick day policies, up to 21 each. They provide a laptop with company-preinstalled software, but no screen/time tracking, which is good.

Cons

It is very hard to get a salary increase, only when you say you are leaving, so I suggest you to do not believe in promises, that your salary will be reviewed and increased every year. Maybe +100$, but this is peanuts.

Money and benefits are important, but so is loving what you do, having the opportunity to grow and knowing you work for a company that positively contributes to communities.
