Pros

Company provides some gifts like tshirt, backpack etc.

Cons

Company doesn't have too much contract for front end project, after one project is finished, if they can not find you a project to work on it, they are ready to fire you immediately.

Remote working is still available.

Still living in a warzone mode due to Russian and Ukraine war. Poor leadership. No direction. Fight between people instead of ideas.
