Pros

SoftServe is VERY well organized. Each competency had support offices that helped them do their job and develop themselves, at least when I was there. You get support, clear KPIs and everything else you need to do your work. They have lots of know-how.. They are also proud of themselves (and for good reasons, for that matter), and they make you proud of being part of the team yourself. Overall, good company.

Cons

The dark side of good organization is that they struggle with adjusting their ways to situations that they can't solve with what they already do. I always felt that SoftServe is much more corporate than it could be, bearing the size of the Company. This is fine, as long as everything works, but when it doesn't, it's difficult to herald the change.

The other side of being well-organized company is bureaucracy, and we are trying to keep it to a minimum.
